A lot of you out there recognize who this is, you hear his voice, he gave you nightmares as a child or still might. This is my quick version of Ramses from Courage the Cowardly dog. This was hands down the scariest character in the whole show, i still don't know why he was so scary but he made me pee my pants when i was little.
